Hello everyone, the Shrew here! Popping up to comment on something that the others told me has been asked regarding the two unique tasks hunterswere assigned.
Apparently more than one person asked, commented on, or complained about the fact that helping Reuben or helping Robin are mutually exclusive actions since it's impossible to complete one mission without failing the other. This was a deliberate choice I made to mix things up and place the hunters in a unique scenario that polarized the members into taking sides and potentially resulting in some reallynice collaborations, specially cases in which one of the teams inevitably fails the mission (which is okay since you get the reward anyway and you can come up with your own reason why the guild gave you them in spite of failure).
Now, I know some people complained because you can't do both missions, which I initially did not consider a problem since if anyone wanted to do more tasks you also had the general ones, which are split into several options in themselves. What I DIDN'T take into account is the fact that the setup does not allow players to obtain both REWARDS, which does pose a bit of a real problem. That is why I proposed to the other admins that I would come up with an addendum to the hunter tasks that will allow the players to obtain the item rewarded by the mission they didn't choose. Do note that you will only be able to do this extra task if and only if you've completed either Reuben or Robin's missions.
The other possible complain would be regarding canon, since people like staying relatively within it and I'm sure most have thought that these missions would result in one of the "possible endindgs" not being canonical. All I can say is that I've already accounted for this and you need not worry, since the epilogue I came up with for this scenario in particular is designed so that both missions can be considered complete within the same canon.
In any case, what I want is for any of you who are concerned about this express your opinions in the comments below. I designed this hoping that it would be a nice twist, and honestly I'd rather have each guild get their own special scenarios so that there's even more of a meaning to which one you players decide to join.

Continued Hiatus and thoughts
Hello, Sunny here again, for anyone who might still be around.
The group is still in hiatus and I am still trying to find my direction/get my life in order/deal with personal issues, but I still very often think about the group and how things have ended up. Again, I am deeply sorry for disappointing everyone by ceasing updates like this. I could have tried harder, but at the same time there are various factors that make it hard for me to confidently continue this story.
The Wiki being recently deleted due to inactivity is quite the setback, but beyond that, my irl situation is not getting any better and my current interest in Pokemon Myster
PMDU's future and Super Group
Just a small but important update concerning the current state of things.
There are a few troubling issues hovering around that continue to make it hard for me to confidently go back to pushing this group forward into the next round of story and activities. Most of it sadly concerns money.
Currently, my own financial situation is spotty. I've been working on private commissions to try and support myself, which has only served to make my art block even worse over time. I'm slowly returning to a creative mood, but I'm not quite free from those responsibilities yet.

Hello for those still watching.
As much as I hate to have to make yet another journal explaining what's going on with PMDU and the lack of activity surrounding it (and yes, I've been putting this off way too long, I know), I feel like at this point it's yet again necessary to give another status update.
The long and short of it is, I personally am in quite a rut. My creative drive is at an all time low and part of that is due to my home and financial situation being very much out of control. Hello everyone. It's been a while! Pokemon Sun and Moon are here and with them a handful of new Pokemon.
We figure that when the group gets started on activities again, which should be fairly soon if all goes well, people are going to want to be adding new Pokemon to their teams, or making new teams featuring new Pokemon. As a quick heads up, I'm looking into a benching system or something of that sort to allow members to switch new teammates into already full teams. this is sorta relevant sorta isn't. Robin's request in the general tasks were to tend to those keeping look out. could i do the that task on the same night as the presentation, and then the stopping reuben task the morning/day after?
